Promoted technical lead to engineering manager, 5+ engineers to Senior Software Engineer, 10+ engineers to next level of a career path in accordance with Adobe IC dimension guidelines.

Responsible for sprint planning, product builds, and production deployment to AWS environments. Hands-on development with the engineering team as required for both frontend and backend code.
Implemented new API driven, 3rd party CMS for cross-functional team members to meet enterprise customer initiatives. 30% reduction in content department overhead to manage legal policies.
Architected new front-end company platform using Angular.js. Designed and implemented software engineering patterns to streamline and accelerate product feature timelines for sprints.
Developed back-end, REST APIs, and data infrastructure with the chief architect. Enabled enterprise customer integrations with all new external API platform.
Specified, architected, and delivered to production 2 new product solutions to the organization resulting in a 75% reduction in costs. Additionally, these solutions increased overall company valuation and prepared the company for series B funding.

As the key driver of the engineering process and deployment, I was directly responsible for meeting a weekly production deployment schedule. I directly helped architect and manage the building and maintaining our SAAS infrastructure.
Created an engineering framework for production professional services team to produce solutions for high profile enterprise clients including Coca-cola, Nissan Europe, ATT, Budweiser, and P&G.
Worked directly with the C-team, along with other company leaders to deliver a new product for the organization based on direct use cases from customers including Salesforce.com, State Farm, and Microsoft.

Direct management of customers online lead generation strategy and technology leveraging Google AdWords. Working directly with clients on-site and remotely. Deployed agile / sprint process for development group. Successfully built and launched content management software with a distributed team across the U.S. and Canada.

Many key product initiatives required technical reviews of properties, site architecture design, keyword research and on-page SEO implementation.
